If she is just "some girl" you know of Facebook... do you know her in real life? Have you seen her resume? While she might come across as an atrocious idiot on Facebook it does not mean she isn't smart. She might have been qualified for the job. You sound bitter. You might not have gotten the job even if the girl hadn't applied. Maybe he wouldn't have liked your attitude and your inability to handle disappointment. The great thing about dream jobs is that thy don't always apply in the real world. Just because you wanted the job does not mean you are entitled to it. There are countless stories of people more qualified than you, Op, losing their dream jobs, losing their jobs and becoming homeless or getting divorced or dying of cancer. You have access to the internet so I won't assume you are worse for the wear. There are other things wrong with the world and some girl getting a job because of her uncle is the least of the worries. It isn't your company, you don't get to decide who they hire. If it happens that the girl is an idiot and gets fired, reapply, but don't hang your hat on the idea that you are the smartest person in the world and everyone else is an idiot and out to get you. Not sure about the laws there, but if you can prove that she is nowhere near as qualified for the job as you, you could sue. You can already show that she was hired not on her qualifications, you just need to show your qualifications are far better.
