Today, I was working at Staples and organizing some notebooks. All of a sudden, I jumped up because of a sharp pain in my back. A little girl had grabbed a stapler and stapled my back. FML

Today, at work, I went to place a small item on a shelf. The shelf fell on me, trapping my hand. While lifting it, the top shelf fell against my chest and the products all dumped on my face. I then realized the shelves were only held up by zip ties. FML

Today, I was leaning under a counter to get my girlfriend her favorite snack food out of a low cabinet when she decided it would be funny to poke me while I was in an awkward position. I jerked up, rammed my head on the bottom of the counter, and ended up at the ER with staples in my head. FML

Today, I was working the cash register. While helping a customer with her groceries, my bra snapped. I then had to ask my male boss if I could staple it back together. Thirty minutes later it snapped again. I then had to explain to my boss that I was too broke to buy a new one. FML

Sue! Definitely sue (the mother btw, for all the wise asses poised and ready to nit pick that you can't sue a kid) The back is a dangerous area to be stabbed, hit the wrong place and you can say good bye to the use of your legs

...but obviously, OP's spine is in good working order, so no need for that. Also, I doubt a staple is going to reach his lumbar spine to cut off the functionality to his legs. You can't sue for everything. For OP, it's probably just an annoyance. |the kid|
