Today, I was working the cash register. While helping a customer with her groceries, my bra snapped. I then had to ask my male boss if I could staple it back together. Thirty minutes later it snapped again. I then had to explain to my boss that I was too broke to buy a new one. FML

OP, if you have a job and still can't afford to buy a new bra, either you get paid way too little, or you really need to re-think your spending priorities. Because obviously something's not right here.

Some people start off on their own and have to dedicate all of their minimum wage to rent, utilities, food and transportation. The truth is, not everyone is as fortunate as to have parents to provide for them through their college years. I bet you're one of those people who think all homeless people are drunks or druggies and deserve it too.

If you really can't afford a bra, just get like, nipple covers to tide you over until you can get the money for a real bra. Nipple covers are pretty cheap, around $2-$3, I think. Good luck, OP.

No, a decent bra is at least $20 dollars. A sports bra is cheaper though.

FML isn't just an smartphone app. Also, old laptops can be free from a friend, family member, freecycle, etc and are perfectly capable of basic web browsing using a free wifi connection.
