Today, I went to the emergency room with chest pain. I didn't have a heart attack, but I now have a broken nose after passing out and face-planting in the waiting room. FML

Well, i hope you are ok, this news is just heart breaking.

Well at least you were at the best possible place to have a broken nose in

At least you were in a hospital already.

I passed out just last week, OP. Mine was from overheating, however, and not from chest pains. Perhaps while you're there getting your chest examined they could do something about your nose too! :)

How could this possibly be a "totally deserved it"?

Some people just wear the cranky pants. Though perhaps they think the OP has hypochondria.

Do you even know what a hypochondriac is? Because that definitely isn't what OP could qualify as.

30- OP did come off as a hypochondriac. They thought having chest pain means you're having a heart attack. Just like people think if they're nauseous and sexually active( they're pregnant. Or if they're having a bad headache, it must be an aneurism. Or pains around the stomach must mean their appendix is rupturing.

When people ask about your nose, you were heroically running after a mugger who stole an attractive lady's purse, and he punched you in the face in order to deter you...

Yet another tragedy in the daily life of OP!! Maybe you will have a psychotic breakdown and be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. YDI

I fail to see the logic in your comment. OP had a perfectly good reason to go, and another once (s)he passed out and broke his/her nose.

You are an asshole. OP didn't do anything to deserve that; I would've been scared too. **** you.

Hope you're okay ! Next time this happens try to stay calm !

The hospital wait time blows and sometimes the nurses suck at triaging in my opinion you should have gone first

I hate to be nosie, but what happened to your heart
