Today, my best friend and I came home from Japan. Her boyfriend and I have been having an affair before I left so I decided not to tell him she was coming with me. We just got off the plane and got a bite to eat, he was waiting for me so he could propose, my best friend was standing next to me. FML

Wow. I agree with #4. This is one of the biggest YDI's I've ever seen on this site; your "best friend" should be the one in the situation to post on here. How could you do that to your own BEST FRIEND? How do you even feel right calling her your best friend, OP? Cheating is one of the lowest things you can do, and cheating with your own best friend's boyfriend is even worse. I hope that the two of you get married, nobody shows up to your wedding, you get divorced within a matter of months, and your "best friend" never even talks to you again. Best friend-less AND boyfriend/husband-less. HUGE YDI. I hope karma continues biting you in the ass for this.

Also, I forgot to mention a neat little experiment you could try: take a metal fork, find an electrical outlet, and jam that fork into it. Remember to hold that fork as you do it.
