I have to say you deserved this. If you've been "secretly dating her brother for months" then there is clearly a reason you haven't told your friend by now. That's a long time to keep a secret like that. I could understand a couple of weeks but months? If she is truly your best friend then she would want what is best for you and her brother, even if takes her a bit to get used to the idea. The fact that you're sneaking around and haven't said a word to her honestly is your own fault and she won't likely forgive you anytime soon when she inevitably finds out.
