It seems is FML is full of momma's boys. Honestly though, I'd sit him down and have a very serious talk with him. That is if you truly care and I'm assuming you do since you were going to live together. He needs to grow up and make his OWN decision, like, 8 years ago. Good luck, OP!

If he's not willing to move in with you, maybe you could discuss where he sees the relationship going in the next few years. If he's commitment oriented, this relationship may be salvageable. If he doesn't plan on marrying you, then it's time to move on.
