Today, my girlfriend told me that her fear of PDA has gotten so bad, she doesn't think she'll even be able to kiss me on our wedding day. Her parents are going be there and she can't imagine showing affection in front of other people, let alone her parents. FML

That's tough. There's nothing wrong with her, she's just very insecure. Either she'll get over it or feel EXTREMELY guilty /: Hopefully her opinion changes as you help her pick up her self esteem

Better start practicing! Start by kissing in front of your windows or by going to parks, doesn't have to be long...but if you can show her there's nothing to fear maybe she'll come around.

Holding hands in public is a great way to start. I completely agree with the whole practice thing #13.

Maybe on the honeymoon yall can go all the way and hold hands

Maybe when the moment arrives she'll want it enough that she'll be able to overcome her anxiety.

Aw! I remember I was like that but with time that changed.

"Has gotten so bad" implies it is getting worse. She needs to talk to someone.

She is fine. Kissing is something very affectionate and many people would rather show their affection within their private lives instead.

Just tell everyone to turn around first

When my aunt got married, she covered their faces with a transparent paper fan because she's too thinks PDA is awry. It was still very much romantic!

I forgot to mention that I'm Asian so it wasn't really unorthodox at all because it sort of went with the theme. At first she was like "no I can't kiss you in front of my family!" Then she pulled out the fan. It was chuckles and aw's!
