I hate hearing people say that its "murder" EXCEPT in health and rape instances. You say in rape she didn't have a choice about getting pregnant so she shouldnt have to have the child, but what about someone who's birth control failed, or the condom ripped or something? They also weren't trying to get pregnant, in fact they were actually being responsible and trying to prevent it. While I understand the severity of the two cases is different, I think the general standard is the same. Both cases should equally 'deserve' an abortion, i guess you could say. And for health reasons, well, If you're considering the fetus to be a human life, therefore it has rights, why does it matter if it hurts the mother becuase aren't they both just human lives? And we don't go out killing people so that other people can get heart transplants, etc. So why at the point when the mother is being harmed does the fetus suddenly stop being a human?? I'm pro-choice, if you didn't notice. But i'm exactly that pro-CHOICE, not pro abortion. I don't like abortion either, and could never have an abortion, even if I was raped I would still keep the child, but I made a CHOICE for myself, and i want every other women to be able to as well.

I feel really sorry for the OP, but I really don't think she should abort the baby. it'll be hard to raise two children with the mood swings and the weird pregnancy actions but take it to court and watch his disgusting, vile, undeserving, cowardly, repulsive face squirm in discomfort.
