Today, my mom threw out years worth of trophies that I'd put tons of effort into earning. Her reason? They all looked the same to her. FML

Actually seems like she was a success raising a son so talented and devoted the he has a wall of trophies to show for it. If I was her I'd show them off in my home proudly.

When they are objects from a person you care about they have meaning to them. May even remind of the happy times you had with the person the item belonged too. So I agree with deathtrap when he says jealous much cause you clearly are.
