Today, my younger brother and I got into a fight over who the favorite child is. My mom overheard, came in the living room and said, "It's your little brother, now shut up." She was serious. FML

what i was trying to say was, the op may have been making fun of her younger brother saying he wasnt loved. Maybe the mom wanted her to realize the earth dosent revolve around her. although i stated it horribly the thumbs down were deserved.

Just because you Love your children equally, doesn't mean you "like" them equally all the time. kids have good and bad days, and sometimes one will be way easier than the other.
