Show it anywayHorrible bosses part 3?
Sounds like your boss is a real jerk.
Sue the company for wrongful termination.
I would appeal - talk to HR, explain your side of things, get some evidence in terms of emails or records and send them to her and HR in a concise and respectful letter, explaining what truly happened.
Sorry to here that OP hopefully you'll get a better job :)
Sadly some people like the ops boss can go their whole careers without being found out. It's not fair of course but sometimes life isn't. Hope you get back on your feet soon op!
Just tell the CEO and explain what happened.
Your word against theirs !
Guess who loses? The little guy, that's who
Might as well try though, rather than just leave and look guilty
time to sue him and the company
Although your boss is a huge dick, your CEO is also a bad leader. Firing you without hearing both sides of the story and making a decision without a complete understanding of the situation is stupid.

Wow. Well, eventually the CEO will discover that he sucks... He's bound to mess up again. I'm just sorry they didn't figure it out before firing you!
Wow OP your boss sounds like an ass
