Today, while working an early shift, I was dressing a wound on a gorgeous guy, when he laughed and pointed out some granny panties next to me on the floor. I guess I forgot to take yesterday's underwear out of my pants before putting them back on this morning. FML

Today, while I was at work, I didn't have any panty liners so I used tissue. I was taking orders when I suddenly felt the tissue trailing down my leg. I tried not to move, but it inevitably fell through my pants onto the floor in front of my co-workers. I swiftly put it into my pocket. Luckily, it had nothing on it. FML

This may be a wrong explanation, but maybe OP took her pants and underwear off at the same time and when she went to go put the same pants on (with fresh underwear) she forgot her old ones were in there.

YDI because the only reason you cared is that the patient was "gorgeous." I'm not sure what's worse here -- that you like hitting on patients, or that you see no problem with your underwear falling on the floor in front of non-gorgeous people.

Wait, you’re dressing wounds… in yesterday’s pants? Wouldn’t they be contaminated from yesterday’s wounds or whatever? I’m no nurse or EMT but that seems weird.
