Today, whilst driving to the store, an idiot driver found it to be okay to drive ridiculously fast in below freezing temperatures on the ice and snow. As he passed my car, I angrily gave him the finger. And then I realized I was wearing mittens. FML

Didn't have an account when I first posted this fml. But I wanted to clarify a few things. 1. I was wearing mittens because it was below freezing and my car was still cold. 2. Washington doesn't believe in salting the roads or doing anything to ease winter driving mainly because we rarely ever get snow. People here also freak out whenever some crack like substance falls from the sky and driving in poor weather conditions becomes a problem. 3. Said idiot driver was previously tailing my car before he passed me and the cars in front of me. 4. I actually didn't think this would become an approved post. I just copied and pasted my facebook status. xD I'm glad that some of you found this amusing though.

1. You technically shouldn't be wearing mittens while driving. (it's a gripping nightmare) 2. Ridiculously fast is so subjective it makes me think you're just one of those people who crawl through 1/2 and inch of snow at 30km/h (the equivalent of 15mph if math & metric isn't your thing). 3. He passed you. He went around you. He left you alone and moved on with his business why are you angry at him? 4. Oh no, he didn't see your middle finger.

You sound real stupid OP,first of all he probably didn't drive ridiculously fast as it is more likely you were driving ridiculously slow because you're scared to drive in the snow. Secondly he just passed you so what's the big deal? And lastly the part with the mittens just confirms that you're stupid.

With the type of sudden freezing weather, steeps hills and difference of climate that Washington generally has, people cannot drive the same way in inclement weather as you would in place that normally gets a lot of snow. It's just not the same kind of weather, seriously.

Don't call him ridiculous for being safe when there's snow. Many people crashed into me because they weren't careful during Winter and trust me, it is not fun.
