Today, whilst waiting tables at work, I served a young couple the milkshakes they had ordered. The woman at the next table verbally abused me for "teasing" her screaming sons with "unhealthy foods". FML

I'm sorry? I don't think the kids were kicking up much fuss, it was the mother. They were not (to our knowledge) "out of control!", maybe they just asked for one, or the mother thought milkshakes were immoral and by seeing them they might later in life become milkshake drinkers. Get your head out your arse.

91 OP states the kids are screaming... therefore I would say they are out of control. instead of yelling at OP I'd have quickly paid the bill and dragged my kids out of there and give them a stern talking to about manners and how they should act in public.
