Haha omg, this happened to me, too! I had JUST moved into my on-campus apartment and we have those shittastic electric stoves. Well, I'm making chipati bread, rice, and chicken one day after getting home from work, lady da lee, and I hear "zzzz, PPPPSSSSZZZZZZ" and saw a big white flash as a burner exploded. It blew a hole through my pan--which was now soldered to the stove--and everything. Crazy shit.
