how exactly do u sprain a bone??? u can break or fracture 1 but sprain? no
I know your pain op I have allergies when I play rugby but that's what benidrylls for
Of course you can sprain a bone. Haven't you ever heard of spraining your ankle? I sprained my wrist when I was 9. OP, here's an idea, get some allergy meds or stay inside away from the pollen.
Benadryl.
Bingo.
I know how you feel OP, I had my sternum broken for heat surgery, that hurt, especially when I woke up puking from the anesthetic, puking with an broken sternum is painful...
I believe when you sprain an ankle it is the muscle and/or tendons that get sprained. Not bone. Bones break/fracture. Muscles and tendons sprain.
A sprain by definition occurs at a joint, and to a ligament, muscle or tendon. Flop.
So you have pollen allergies and yet you still go outside to play rugby by choice and get hurt in the process. How is this not your own damn fault?

A trip to the hospital may be beneficial.
33, damn straight. Everyone knows they make rugby balls from pollen.
