You see, you were supposed to 'chase her' when she ran from you. You would tell her how much you loved her, and that she was right, and apologize; to which she would forgive you and let you in. That she told you to screw off- irrelevant. That she was actually too pissed to listen to anything you said- irrelevant. With a cooler head in the morning she thinks you failed her fairytale ending to the argument.
