Really want a follow-up on this one. You absolutely don’t deserve this type of treatment, no matter what other “good” or “lovable” qualities he may have shown in the past. He is not worth it, and you are worth much better than that. This type of behavior will escalate and continue to get worse, and you can get hurt. He is an abuser, and it almost inevitably will get physical. Leave him, no matter what other factors there may be in the relationship that make you consider keeping him. There are many, many other people out there who will see your worth, treat you better, and prove that they are deserving of you. Good luck, OP.
