Angry little kid

Today, I was helping first-graders do school work when one of them stabbed me in the face with a pencil, all because I told her that a three was backwards. FML

1st grades can get crazy. One girl once punched me for telling her dad that it was nice to meet him.

What a charming kid.. I only hope that she gets time with people who can sit down and tell her what she did was wrong and how to cope with her emotions. Better to catch and deal with it now than allow it to escalate later.

Wow, sad to see the lack of parenting these days and how they expect teachers to work miracles for their children. I hope this child was sent to the office and that the parents were brought in for a conference. I'd say the little brat needs some therapy in a bad way. So young and so violent.

While I agree they should be punished, it would seem this child is more then just disobedient... Stabbing people in the face isn't normal.
