Today, I saw the girl I had confessed my love to two years ago on the bus. We chatted for a few minutes and she got off on the first stop, saying that this is where she had to get off. Twenty minutes later, I see her in the bus next to mine. The bus number was 20. Like mine. FML

that's what happens when you confess your love to somebody you barely know! was there any possible way she could see you again and not consider it an awkward-situation-emergency? i mean, that kind of uneasiness sparks the fight or flight! you should just be glad she chose the fleeing option.

wait. you know what i'm like? no, i think you're making lots of assumptions and that's all. i can understand "i don't like the comment you made". anyway, i see the point your making about them being close 2 years ago. the way the fml is written, i thought not only had the OP met her on the bus this time, but also the time when he had confessed his love to her. although that doesn't get around the fact that she left because she felt extremely awkward. ...i mean, why do you think she lost touch with him in the first place?

of course she would, I mean do you even realize how awkward that must feel for her? You should've just sent her a simple nod and went on with your life, allowing her to move on to hers too.
