Today, my boyfriend gave me a bucket of Twizzlers for our one year anniversary because "He knew I liked them." He has no idea why I am so upset. FML

Okay well, I would like to point out its the thought that counts. I made the guy I like a little cake with my easy bake oven and it sucked nutts but you know what.. I admited it was sucky and was totally bagging on myself for it and he comes up to me and says "It does not matter, it is the thought that counts." and then he hugged me =]

This is only an FML if... a.She got him something much better b.She clearly told him that she wanted an expensive extravagant gift, and c. Your boyfriend has a good amount of money and can easily afford an expensive gift. a few years later the OP will probably write an fml somewhat like this "Today, my boyfriend proposed to me, the diamond wasn't bigger than my fist. He doesn't know why I'm so upset.FML."

if my boyfriend gave me a bucket of twizzlers or my favorite candy. I'd know he was paying attention to every detail of me. like remembering what I like... I'm sure he thought about it and didn't just stop by some grocery store and picked it up lay minute.
