If the boss has any brains and he wants that business to flourish and his money roll in, he would look for a new nephew, not fire the working security. Who would go to a dangerous club that some a-hole has taken over?
make sure and file a complaint with the better buisness bureau. Make sure and give them a complete account of the incident. Wont get you your job back but it will keep that club from putting other prople in danger.
I'm a bouncer as well. Stick to your morals :-)
Sue them. Because his relative owns the place, doesn't mean he can do creepy thingns
o wow
I'd see if you could report the club as an accessory to sexual assault. If not... Take the name of the establishment to the nearest crime prevention or similar group(feminists, maybe) and they'll probably kick up a fuss. Or do it yourself by posting this story on every review site you can find, and every social media site you have an account on or can post anonymously on. You did the right thing, and the failure is on your employer's part:
you probably just saved someone
What sucks is that it worked, and the molester goes about his sleazy business.
Dick move! Mistakes happen, you shouldn't get fired because of that.

No way you could have known OP. I wish you the best of luck finding a job
