Heh
No way you could have known OP. I wish you the best of luck finding a job
I would have kicked the guy out even if I did know he was my boss's brother's son. If he was harassing people at the club and creating a negative scene, kick him out either way.
You still did the right thing
When I was a professor at Hogwarts, some blonde twit used the "wait until my father here's about this" line. I should have listened...I'm now dead and live in a painting.

@26, This is the comment section of FML, not the C programming language, /* You don't need to define them like this */
My assumption was that that was meant to be a wand... I could be wrong though.
45, you haven't closed their comment so it's still ongoing. I'll do it for you. */
But he did close the comment...
Well on the bright side you have a fantastic reason why you can't use your previous employer as a reference!
It sucks that your ex-boss was such a prick in addition to his pervert nephew. Hopefully the harassed party files charges of assault against the guy as well as the establishment for enabling it/failing to protect its clients. You did the right thing. Best of luck finding a new job.
It's B.S. that stuff like that can happen. Good luck finding a job, OP!
"Do you know who my dad is?! He's a fine man! I think you two would really hit it off! I could set—fine, fine, I'm leaving!"
It's stupid that your boss decided to fire you despite you doing what your job called for. Maybe your next job will be better than this and it was just one door closing another opening. Good luck on the job hunt OP.
