u say u will take her to court and she will end up giving you triple the money and labour she would lose to let u go..
If its in a contract between yourself and the company then your boss has no choice but to give you the time off.
Oh hell no. Pull out that contract you signed legally binding you and the company that if you where do an emergency leave that they would have to give you sick days and still get paid.
Take the sick day(s). If she fires or doesn't pay you, sue her for not delivering on her end of the contract.
