Boys will be boys

Today, my 5 year-old twin boys decided to teach each other how to fly off the shed out back. They are still in their pajamas. Batman's arm is broken and Spiderman has a slight concussion. FML

Silly kids, Batman and Spiderman can't fly. I hope they're ok though

How about you watch your children so stuff like that doesn't happen?

Amazes me at the stupidity from the comments. When I was little, I did so many things. My parents watched me, but they also felt comfortable leaving me alone in the back yard because it was fenced in. I've stuck my head in bars on a table. I've tried to climb a wall like people do in spy shows in stuff. I've jumped from playground things. Shit happens, kids learn.

People are such judgmental asses when it comes to someone else's parenting. You would swear these people never used the toilet, took a shower, brushed their teeth alone, ran inside for a phone call or anything else. They just sat in a corner and stared down their kids like guard dogs, every minute of the day. Even the best behave children will find ways to hurt themselves or goof and climbing a shed isn't exactly rocket science, nor would it had taken an hour unsupervised to accomplish. You can tell kids no but they will still climb trees/sheds etc and sometimes it takes learning the hard way (falling down and getting hurt) before they get the message. If you have a fenced in backyard w. a high fence and locked gate it is perfectly acceptable to let kids out by themselves for a few minutes (granted you don't have power tools/an open pool/ or other obvious hazards). This was impossible to predict and just a childhood accident. I sit in the living room withe sliding glass door open and let the children run in and out, the backyard is not a damn mine field.

Hahahha it really does suck that your boys got hurt and I hope they have a speedy recovery, but that is so adorably funny!! lol

Did anyone else find the first sentence hard to read at first because of the missing commas?

Sounds like Super Woman wasn't watching them..
