Depending where you live you could fight, but if they clearly don't want you, I wouldn't. I would file for unemployment based on medical issues. In FL we are an 'At Will' employment state, so employers can dismiss you for any reason & don't have to tell you said reason. Good luck with your health & finding something better!

Sweetie, talk to an attorney. There are laws in place to protect people from stuff like this. It's very likely thry are violating certain laws. But you only have 180 days from termination to file for wrongful termination with the EEOC! File now jist to get in before you miss the deadline, then go talk to an attorney who specializes in EEOC or employment law.
