Honestly, sounds like your ex did you the favor there. Unless there's a real chance of getting physically hurt, anyone who doesn't have the decency to break up in person isn't worth dating--sorry it had to happen that way, though.

Couldn't help but notice your poor reasoning. Just because someone is dating someone but realize they don't love the person they are dating for any reason. there's two choices. Break up and find someone they love or stay with the person they don't love for the rest of their life never finding someone they truly love. Would that make them indecent? This does not include people that date people just to date someone or because they want sex. I'm talking about long-term dating where true feelings either r or used to be there. Edit: didn't realize u said in person. Whoops
