Cough up

Today, I learned I have over $10,000 in debt, despite never owning a credit card. Apparently, my ex-roommate had been replying to the credit card offers I was receiving in the mail. That also explains my missing driver's license a few months back. FML

This is fraud and is a felony. OP, turn him in and take it up with the credit bureau. He needs to go to jail for this.

freecreditreport.com it's a no-brainer. check yourself once in a while.

This is where you go to court. That is illegal. He will have to pay 10 grand to you. Happy spending.

Sue his ass! And if you dont win in court beat his ass with a brick! Even if you win in court beat his ass with a brick anyways! And record his ass beating and put it on YouTube!

See a lawyer. Sue him. Contact the companies and police; make a complaint; ensure criminal charges are laid!
