Ever decreasing circles

Today, I had to give presentation at work, for which I'd extensively prepared. However, as soon as I started speaking, I had a sudden panic attack and forgot everything I'd rehearsed. I stumbled through the presentation, feeling the embarrassment steadily grow in front of my colleagues. I almost passed out. FML

One of the surprisingly valuable classes I had in college was public speaking. In my career that has turned out to be very useful at times (I am an engineer). I suggest you enroll in a class like that, because this likely won’t be the last time you have to give a presentation… Preparation is important, but practice actually speaking in front of a group is extremely important.

If you had worn your lucky socks, the aforementioned condom and bread wrapper, all would have gone well.
