Keep pushing yourself!!! You can do it!!! Seriously it'll get easier as you go. You'll feel the benefits too,mentally and physically just overall stronger and less tired all the time .

Don't be such a dick. Generally, people who say that about yoga are people who have never tried it. Even if you have, you should know that it is a challenging workout that requires strength, balance, flexibility and a very strong core. If this is how you treat your friends... I feel sorry for them.

It's hard to go straight into vigorous exercise right away, and from what I hear yoga can be pretty intense. Start off light and work your way up, nothing to be ashamed of here.
You can't push yourself too hard, OP. People begin at different levels, and you have to respect your own limits. I'm sure with practice, and repeated attempts (at your own pace) you'll be a pro! Good luck!
