Google ASD and get your daughter the support she needs... or ignore the obvious signs and carry on. It won't improve anything but you'll know exactly where you went wrong.
Take her to a therapist. Could be something deeper causing her to act like that.
I'm a Behavioral Health Provider for teens, but you need a licensed therapist or outpatient treatment to start. Set consistent rules and boundaries, respect independent harmless choices, reward good behavior.
Sounds like she’s on the autism spectrum
First of all don't call your child a brat, it sounds like she has some health problems. Either she is on the spectrum or dealing with some PSD or depression. It could be that someone hurt her and you don't know about it. It could be she is going through some social problems or have eating disorder.
