I'm sorry that happened to you, OP. It seems he had good intentions. It's unfortunate that you got hurt in the process .

Although I'm very happy that our society has (for the most part) become willing to defend the rights of people with disabilities. Quite a few people take the white knight gig a little too seriously. I have been yelled at on multiple occasions for parking in a disabled parking spot (because my disability is not always readily apparent), and someone even went to far as to key my car after I went inside. Some people really need to reel it in instead of ending up being a douche to the person they're trying to defend.

To be fair the guy who owns the server is at least defending disabled people... Meant well

Sorry to hear that OP :( especially online, how does he know who may actually have a speech impediment and who's just being a jerk? The fact that he picked on you like that tells me he has probably done it before and hurt more people. Some people I know will stand up for their friends and point it out. But he took the whole champion of whatever on his high horse too far without bothering to gather any info obviously. It sounds like you're maybe a pretty regular gamer. I hope your experiences are smoother from here on out
