Time for a lawyer and let all the social medias know in your area, shame them into expelling the violently dangerous kid.
Yeah, you weren't able to shut that little bastard down.
Sounds like your district has the same good ol' boy nepotism people running it like mine does. Get a lawyer asap
Obviously that kid needs special help and your class is not the environment for him. The school system is failing him for not getting him the help he needs. I’m so sorry they fired you over that, and I agree - you should take legal action, especially as I’m sure all his transgressions are well-documented. You can try r/askalawyer on Reddit and see what advice you get on what your options may be. You can also call a local lawyer for a likely free consultation. Good luck, and that really sucks.
to be fair I also once stabbed this annoying girl w/a pencil...in the leg 🍗 tho 😁
he sounds like a flipping serial killer...report the kid
my brother used to get thrown out of class and asked to not go to his school due to howboften he "acted out". he has Aspergers and ADHD. wound up out of the public school system almost had to send him 3 hours away. he got accepted into the catholic system and they got him a helper no strings attached. get a lawyer task around and do what you can to protect yourself and find help for the child and family, chances are he isn't on the right meds and doesn't have the right help.
Don’t let that low life ruin your life. You are so much better than him. Maybe an opportunity for a career change or do private tutoring. But please don’t give up education. It sounds like you care.
OMG WTF. That's literally all I can think of. You do NOT deserve to be fired for protecting your class. That kid needs to be thrown into a padded room. How old is he? Just... wow.
