I get that a lot where I work. It's probably because you were actually competent and hard-working and your replacement(s) were terrible. Employers really abuse our best qualities, it's a shame that employees give so much only to be used and abused. FYL!
This happened to me before
I know exactly how you feel. I get the same thing at work. It's cause you were able to multi task effectively. And the yahoos still working at your old place of employment are not as capable. Sadly the good workers are often overlooked and not very often appreciated. Hope you win lotto so you never gave to work again.
That happened to my mom!! She was replaced by 3 people when she quit
They're doing the same with a few positions where I work, firing all current supervisors and dividing their work among new and cheaper employees
At last count, there were 3 people doing parts of my former job duties. Several months after I left, I got a call testing my interest in coming back. Um - I left for a 42% increase in base salary, regular annual raises, OT pay, a SANE work environment, looser deadlines, less stress, and much better benefits. I just laughed and laughed and laughed.
Been there. Done that-more than once. It just proves how good you were at your job that they had to hire two people to replace you.
At least you quitting changed your boss's mind!
Two part time jobs probably haha

Shitty bosses
He probably gave in because you left.
