Today, I realized the guy I've been hooking up with has a daughter who is a year younger than me. As if that wasn't bad enough, I also found out she had a child of her own. I've been hooking up with a grandpa. FML

most women 'hook up' with older men because females mature faster than men (not sexist, just facts) they usually want someone at the same maturity level as them.

i can believe it. my mom is 34. my step father is 25. and i am 18. teen pregnancies dumb *****. an honestly sometimes teen pregnancies are better. if the mom keeps her kid. they usually are closer because theyre closer in age. the mom understands her kid so much more than some 40 year old hag with a 12 year old kid.

Oh well my step daughter is a year older than me and 2 of her kids are older than mine, it doesn't make any difference as long as you are happy.... we have been together for 10 yrs and he is almost 20 years older than me

When you mentioned he had a kid, I thought you still had a chance of being somewhat young. But the daughter having a daughter means he's very old. So I'm hoping you are pretty old yourself. Ex. He's 50 with a 30 daughter and 10 grandkid. So you could be 31. Nothing wrong with that. It would be weird if you were say... 20 and he was 50. But not completely unnatural. The only thing I really want to know is... is his grandkid also his biological child? Then...
