Today, I was giving a competitive dramatic speech. I got a little too into it and punched the ground to portray my character's anger. I must be one dedicated thespian because I was angry enough to break my hand. FML

I broke my nose in a production of Macbeth, on opening night in front of the whole audience, so I feel your pain when it comes to breaking bines on stage. It hurts.

Ha! I'm writing this with my elbow sticking out at an awkward angle because I too broke my hand by punching the floor. The doctor said it's a very common injury, so don't feel too bad. Turns out, our fists were made for punching fleshly humans, not wood, tile, or concrete. Who knew?
