"work hard for" please. Making youtube videos is easy, and fun. Honestly I don't think anyone should be paid for it.

People who make money on YouTube don't just whip out their phones filming some fuckery for a good five minutes and upload the video straight from there, they actually take time to plan out the video first, then they shoot it and take time to edit it to make it look presentable. Video editing may not be brain surgery, but it's not a walk in the park either if you want to make a good video, and you can work hard at a job no matter how easy it may be.
