Today, while stocking shelves with canned goods, a kid no older than ten ran down the aisle, knocking down everything in his path. He was followed by his mother who was laughing hysterically. FML

In the UK we are allowed to ban such customers from the store even if we are the lowest level staff members. If you can't do that in the US then I really feel bad for you...

as a grocery clerk i have also had bad experiences with shit kids and even shiter parents. this is why i believe spanking your child when they misbehave.
