Enjoy whatever time you have with your parents. Before you know it, they will be gone.
I get that. My mother was nit welcome in my house. She would have ruined my marriage. However, I still loved her and wanted my kids to know their grandmother. They needed to know who caused my trauma. I didn't see her those last few years. My comment about them going is true. I miss her, but not as much as my father.
