Next time tell the girl about it BEFORE it becomes an issue?
Try Shea Moisture's African Black Soap shampoo and conditioner. It smells heavenly and it's made especially for psoriasis and severe dandruff. :)
YDI because you deserve better than someone of low intelligence because they don't know what psoriasis is. which is a quite common ailment. Try explaining you have erythema nodosum(like me) an then you get a look something like this: (O_o)
as a fellow psoriasis sufferer, yeah shallow people suck. i was stood up, insulted, even kicked out of sxhool for mine as a kid. frankly, peolle who would he that shallow can go F thenselves. there are much better people out there. find them and be happy.
Feel your pain dude! I've suffered chronically severe psoriasis since I was 6. (When I have my dermatology appointments, the doctor gets ALL the medical students in the building to come look at me!) This girl seems shallow as hell! But think of it this way - Your psoriasis has a benefit of being a "filter" to remove judgmental people who try to enter your life. I've had lots of "friends" say things behind my back and it always gets back to me. And yes, they get dropped quickly. You'll also be amazed at how quick it spreads round if someone says stuff about psoriasis, as it often ends up a lot of people drop them as friends! The true friends are the ones who can see past the psoriasis. The best ones are the ones who can joke about it in a way that makes you laugh! Psoriasis sucks, but just remember this little benefit next time something like this happens again.
Get some vitamin D supplements! I've had horrible psoriasis on and off for years now. My doctor told me to start taking vit D due to low levels detected by a blood test and poof! Gone! It's not guaranteed to work, but for me, it was far more effective than any medication I was ever prescribed.
I was prescribed Humera for my psoriatic arthritis. As a side effect it also stopped my dandruff. It is expensive, but if you have insurance you might want to look into it.

If they aren't going to accept you just because of something you were born with, and then accuse you of lying about it, you're better off without them. Chin up OP, you'll find better.
If you see a dermatologist they can hopefully gibe you medicine to help control the condition. In the meantime, I recommend using Neutrogena T/Gel, they have a specific one that caters to helping with psoriasis!
