Sorry for your loss. I know your pain. To grief in a healthy manner, communicate with friends and family members. Try hanging out with people too when you're ready. Humans are after all social species. Going to the gym can also help you grief more healthier. Therapy can help as well. I hope you cope well, mister ❤️.
So sorry for your loss. I too would gladly give a lot to have my grandmother back. What did you two like to do together before she passed? Is there a way you could still do that, only include someone else? Share some of the joy you had with her with others. It is a way to remember and honor her and let others see the joy she brought to you and how she can end up bring that joy to others. somehow, I think most grandmother's would like that.
so sorry for your loss. also to whoever Hit YDI or put up a laughing emoji y'all are sick *****
Why not go visit someone else's grandma? Try not to get a restraining order.
That's a great idea! There are several groups that help grandmas all around the globe; you could volunteer for one, and then, when you made your pick, you could help a specific grandma with her groceries, doctor visits, etc.
