Yeah, I once saw a medical bill for someone over a $100k. This was like 20 years ago. Patient died regardless, and the medical bills were more than the cost of a house at the time.
An easy mistake to make. Hospitals often insert a note saying: You'd better get, WELL, Fargo, so we can CHASE you down and take your SACKS of GOLD, MAN.
