You better start searching for a nursing home then.
from someone who took the forced marriage at 19: take the disown. put your foot down and set boundaries, and follow through
I hope you have the capability to get a job, find a place to live, and be self-supporting. This is where you need to put your emphasis at this point in your life. You don’t need to be dependent either on your parents or some person willing to say “I do” at a wedding ceremony. If you do this you can live your life your own way and not be someone else’s “property”.
You don't have to live by anyone's life timeline but your own. Tell them they can disown you, but you will do them one better and cut them completely out of your life if that's the kind of "parents" they want to be. If they are that shitty then you probably don't want their shitty stuff anyways. If they really loved you they would want you to be with someone who loves and cares for you, not some random person. This is your life, not 90 day fiancé. Good luck, I hope you find a wonderful significant other, and your parents pull their heads out of their asses, and feet out of their mouths.

I’d take being disowned since you can’t force me to get married
