Something similar happened to this guy my senior year.. his name was called for something and people booed. I mean, the guy was a tool, but still.. he didn't deserve that. It was immature. So yeah, that sucks... people who are that childish need to grow up.

Well i boo-ed a guy with my friends the other day for the same thing but not because we dont like him....i bearly know him but because EVERYONE wanted to win that prize and he was the lucky little f*cker that won it so we boo-ed him I say you deserved it lol

That sucks. Also, to everyone else: It's probably an award like "Best Sportsmanship" or "Best Grades" or something. This award was probably advertised for weeks, and everyone might have thought the big, popular jock would get it. When he didn't, they booed.

If something like that happens, then just say f*ck off. There are so many things that are just better to be ignored. If the same thing happens next time, just go up there, get your award, and raise your right arm fisted, and raise your middle finger.
