Today, my brother came out to our family as being gay. My mother starting crying because she "wanted grandchildren." I told her that I was planning on having children. She started crying harder. FML

PEOPLE!!! The mother started crying HARDER because the DAUGHTER said she was planning on having kids, not that the gay son was planning on adopting!! Chill out and understand the situation before you get all psychotic!!

Apparently OP planning on having kids is not appreciated by the mom! Only the brother can have grandchildren accepted by the mom. And that won't happen! Really sad to see people act in this fashion
