Today, I took sexy pictures for my boyfriend while at my aunt's house. I uploaded the pictures and after successfully posting them in a message, I deleted them. I accidentally deleted the whole photo library. Now she's taking the computer to Apple tomorrow to recover the "lost" photos. FML

Do that on a private computer! Never ever on a shared computer!

YDI for doing that on a computer used by anyone besides just you. you know there is always a chance of someone else seeing the pics when you do that. or really when you do it at all.

Trash bin? On windows you can press ctrl Z to undo.

How did it go? And hey, on macs, you can set the trash to do a 'secure delete' to help destroy information and make it unrecoverable to mac technicians. Not that that helps you... but you should have googled about your problem.

And pc's are for people who are to ******* ignorant to know anything on the subject of which they talk about.

I hit ydi after the first 10words.

#96 - So your beef should be with Apple's marketing then. Besides, Microsoft is just as guilty of smear marketing as Apple. Anyway, I don't let a commercial decide which OS I use, but that's just me. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. But as I said earlier, this has nothing to do with the computer and everything to do with the operator.

Check iPhoto trash. If it's not in there, go to Time Machine. It's all part of the magic of a Mac :)

#112 - Never use the word "Ignorant" in a sentence if you're going to use the wrong "to/too/two" in that same sentence. #114 - Ah, but Mac users constantly reference the marketing as "Proof" that their shitty OS is better. So many people keep spitting out that Macs can't get viruses which is totally incorrect. It's like PS3 users who think that having blu-ray disks means that their disks will by default have far more content than on the Xbox. But yes, it does go down to the user.
