Today, I was waiting in a doctor's office when I was approached by an elderly woman. She told me all about the ripping of her stitches in a very private place, in exhaustive detail. Of course, today was the day my doctor chose to be an hour late. FML

"Today was the day my doctor chose to be an hour late" Isn't that normal for most doctor's offices? The majority of doctors offices I've been in, you are lucky if you see the doctor within 45 minutes of your appointment time.

Yeah, you spend almost an hour waiting for the doctor, and then your appointment last for like 10 or 15 minutes.

Look on the brighter side. . . It's still free healthcare for you :P I'd have to pay a $40 copayment to hear such great stories and my doctor would still be late!

What's wording? Having the stitches ripped or hearing about them being ripped in detail. Ones painful physically and the other mentally. Either why that sucks OP.

Granted the story does wonders for the mental image process, but somewhere you got to have a heart for how lonely this woman must be to share such intimate details with a total stranger.
