that's when you go and speak to your boss. Its not like she can keep you from speaking up. I'd honestly not say anything else to her about it go tell your boss and if he talks to her in most places thats warning #1. after that if she does it 2 more times she will be eligible to be fired. so hopefully she wants her job although that's seem doubtful by what else you said.

Get her fired simple
Discreetly record her threatening you. Then report her.
If it gets bad you should record a video on your phone but hide the screen and make sure you get her voice in it and show it to your boss and p.s. If she is having a horrible attitude toward customers get that on tape also.
I'd record it and take it to upper management so she has no leg to stand on
Complain about her. Keep a journal of instances.

It might not be the most hospitable route, but you need to report her first. Especially that she's threatening to report you for nothing. If she reports you for harassment, anything you say in response will just look like you're making up excuses, unless your boss was informed beforehand.
