I'd be looking into suing Juicy for not checking ID, at a store that expensive and "high end" it should be a requirement.
Um... OP if they traced the cards there, that is when you call the police and the business that allowed the charge, and try to catch the Bastard(s) rather than telling us about it. For that large of a charge, the company should have asked for ID, meaning they can be held responsible, so they will cooperate under fear of being sued. Hope things work out.
Yep, like they've said you should contest it. It's on the company for not checking, just like if someone cashes a check under your name at a bank and the bank doesn't check.

you can totally contest that. no store should allow someone to use a credit card for that much without checking the signature and ID. if they don't verify the ID, contest it with the credit card company and if they can't do anything, you can sue the store.
